Pamela was born on Leap Year Day February 29, 1948. She was the first child of Bernard and Violet Parola of Pennsylvania.
Pamela was remembered by her mother as a perfect child that never caused any trouble. She attended Catholic schools. At one time Pamela aspired to be a flight attendant. Pamela met Robert in community college in Pennsylvania and they were married February of 1968.
Pamela and Robert lived in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania throughout the 1970’s and moved to Simpsonville, South Carolina in the early 1980’s. Pamela has two children a daughter Elizabeth Anne Jordan (Blevins) and a son Robert William Jordan Jr.
Pamela was a home maker, devoted wife and mother. Pamela enjoyed playing tennis and bowling. She also loved to cross stitch and needlepoint and left many lovely pieces behind.
Pamela was an excellent cook and great baker. She enjoyed canning fresh fruits and jellies. Pamela baked many delicious cookies at Christmas time, a tradition passed down from her mother, Violet.
Pamela was not a flashy person, but a down to earth low key person. She was very involved with her children when they were young and kept her children busy with many different activities...music lessons, sports......
Pamela sadly died on December 8, 1984 at the age of 36 from complications of breast cancer. She is missed by many.
